Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Node10's platform, services, or website (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Node10 provides professional drone-based services including, but not limited to:

• Aerial photography and videography for real estate and commercial use
• Spatial mapping, topographic surveying, and 3D modeling
• Construction site progress monitoring and asset inspection
• Land management intelligence and data capture

All flight operations are conducted by Transport Canada certified pilots and comply with applicable federal and provincial aviation regulations.

3. Project Briefing & Booking

Our AI-powered Project Briefing tool is provided as a scoping and quoting aid. Any quotes generated through the platform are estimates only and are subject to on-site assessment, weather conditions, airspace restrictions, and final review by our team. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from Node10.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate project information during the briefing process
• Ensure lawful authorization to conduct drone operations over the specified property or area
• Notify Node10 of any on-site hazards, restricted zones, or special conditions
• Not use delivered media or data for any unlawful purpose

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled flight date will not incur a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a fee of up to 25% of the quoted project value. Node10 reserves the right to reschedule any flight due to unsafe weather conditions, airspace closures, or operational constraints at no penalty.

6. Intellectual Property & Deliverables

Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the delivered aerial media and data for the purposes outlined in your project brief. Node10 retains ownership of all raw footage, original files, and the right to use anonymized or non-identifying content for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Node10 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific project shall not exceed the total fees paid for that project.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
